Standard Features of the Refrigerated Truck Body and Panels

1) Structure: sandwiched structure, fiberglass+PU+fiberglass. 

2) The sandwitched panel of the refrigerated truck body is with different thickness:   with optional 50mm, 75mm, 100mm,105mm, 125mm...

3) The insulation layer of the sandwiched panels is a kind of new type fluorine, free polyurethane foam or Extreded polystyrene foam. Density of PU panels is 45~50kg/m3, which meets the national AAA standard. 

4) Manually FRP is covered both inside and outside of the sandwitch, also with different thickness(1.5mm,2mm,2.5mm,3mm) for your choice.

5) The Hardwares are all made of 304 stainless steel;

Aluminum alloy sides and 304 stainless steel wrap angle.

6) The bottom plate is usually 100mm sickness panels with FRP floor.

7) All with steel channel sub-frame, besides, the refrigerated truck body is fixed to the steel frame with high strength adhesive and screws.

8) Panels are made by high pressure vacuum technique of Germany

9)The refrigerated truck body is tight and solid with very high mechanical strength; smooth and nice appearance, anti-corrosion, shock-proof, standing wear and easy to be washed.

1)Double-opening door and one-opening door.

2)Skin of the floor can be FRP, aluminum corrugated plate, or epoxy resin...

2)Sickness of the sandwitch panels varies from 50mm~125mm.

3)Hardwares: either galvanized material or the stainless steel is available.
